I recently listed my home of nearly 27 years with Matilda Nestoroska and to say that my experience with her as an agent was outstanding, would be an understatement. I first met with Matilda to discuss the transaction about 4-5 months ago and she reviewed all of the details relative to the transaction along with listings in the area with me. She also pointed out several recommendations (along with explanations) that I should do to the home in preparation for listing. In the weeks that followed I began completing the suggested recommendations one by one. As it got closer to listing Matilda came in and staged a few rooms and fine tuned the others. When it was all done and time to list the home, it really looked amazing.
We listed the home for sale on April 2/19 and to my shock and pleasant surprise had an offer and sold THE SAME DAY.
During the transaction I had an opportunity to watch Matilda in action with the other agent and she was firm, fair and professional at all times.
Now that I've had a couple of days for the transaction to sink-in I am sincerely appreciative of the manner in which Matilda took charge that enabled this transaction to go so smoothly and quickly as it did.
Matilda was absolutely wonderful to work with and I have already started letting family and friends who are considering to list their home that they must contact Matilda.
